All Exhibitors have the following benefits

List of attendees after the show [as permitted by Data Protection legislation]
Space Only Sites - £145.00 per m² + vat
Exhibitors are responsible for all stand construction and services. Plans must be submitted for approval. The official stand contractor will be pleased to quote for design and construction of individual stands using modular features.
Shell Stands - £176.00 per m² + vat
Includes modular wall system, fascia board with nameplate, carpeted floor, lighting, 500W power socket, table and 2 chairs.
VAT (Value Added Tax - 17.5% at press time)
Is payable by all exhibitors. Non-UK companies will receive information by which they may reclaim VAT.
Standard Payment Terms
Bookings: Terms for established exhibitors will be advised on renewal]

"Cashflow Friendly" Payment Terms
All exhibitors have the option to "smooth" payment of stand cost by effecting regular payment amounts via Direct Debit - the final payment being required before 31 December 2010.
