Visitors to SPATEX 2010 - Getting to know who’s who!

As in previous years, we will be operating the same lanyard system by which you can easily identify the trade visitor from the non trade.

Blue lanyards will be allocated to the trade visitor and Exhibitors and Red lanyards will be given to the public/non trade.

All visitors have to wear the lanyards at all times thereby ensuring the Exhibitors can immediately identify the visitor approaching their stand.

Exhibitors to use SPATEX Newsline template

Once again, we will be sending Exhibitors a copy of the Visitor Newsline for you to use in your own promotional campaigns. By replacing our logo with your own and amending the content, you will have an additional Christmas e-mail marketing tool to send out to your customers and potential customers. Followed up by a final Newsline to be sent out in January.

SPATEX Bar & Lounge

The SPATEX Bar and Lounge situated at the front of the Hilton Hotel will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening for your convenience. Special SPATEX rates will be on offer for beverages and light snacks! This will provide an invaluable meeting point for both visitors and exhibitors.

 Car Park Special Rates

If you have not already filled in your online booking form, please take this opportunity to do so. We have reserved the top 3 floors of Russell Road Car Park [opposite the venue].

Exhibitors who have not yet informed us of any specialised parking requirements – please call on +44 1264 358558 as soon as possible as we will not be operating the previous years' Holding Park from the Brighton Race Course.

A map to the new Madeira Drive facility will be sent to Exhibitors in the Final Information Pack to be sent out to Exhibitors in the first week of January.
